"I envisioned this coin as a modern tribute to our beautiful country," explains Aleksandra. "Drawing inspiration from the shimmering glow of gum leaves, the vibrant energy of summer markets, and the sense of unity within our diverse communities, I aimed to capture the spirit of Australia in a truly unique way."

The coin offers a fresh perspective on the Australian Coat of Arms, reimagining Stuart Devlin's classic design with a contemporary, celebratory twist. At its heart, you'll find a playful kangaroo and emu adorned with flowing ribbons, symbolizing the joy and movement of life's milestones. Bright yellow dots, inspired by the iconic wattle – our national floral emblem since 1912 – add a touch of golden warmth, while the delicate weave elements subtly echo the original ribbon motifs, blending tradition with creativity.

"The colourful design celebrates our multiculturalism," says Aleksandra, "while the bold lines reflect the strength of our nation. And the playful details highlight our deep connection to nature and the spirit of adventure that defines us."
